First and foremost, thank you for visiting www.lostboycreations.com. We always strive to malke your experience shopping with us as easy and seamless as possible. We will do anything we deem necessary to satisfy the requests of our customers. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Pollicy

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on sundays or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments my be delayed by a few days. Please allow addition days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay of your shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

USPS Priority mail is used for the most quick, inexpensive, and effective delivery possible. 

*Special Delivery arrangements and methods are available upon request. 

Delivery dates can occasionally occur. 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Lostboycreations.com ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will recieve and Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing you tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of leaving our shop.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost Boy Creations LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after the shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

Lost Boy Creations is not liable for any products that become damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping

We will ship internationally using additional methods of shipping and different third party services. Additional fees may be applicable to packages being shipped internationally.
